| Elizabeth Izquierdo, CPA, brings several years of acute care hospital experience to HealthSouth. She is a former chief financial officer of several major acute care facilities throughout the South Florida area and is well versed in financial management and operational efficiency. Elizabeth brings vast experience working in all aspects of hospital operations including working with executive committees, the medical executive committee and the governing board. Elizabeth received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Thomas University and a master’s degree in accounting from Florida International University. She is a certified public accountant. |
| Murray Rolnick, M.D. | |

| Dr. Rolnick joined HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Miami as medical director in 1989. Dr. Rolnick was raised in New York where he completed two years of post-graduate training in internal medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital. He subsequently trained in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. During his time with HealthSouth, he has lectured extensively nationally and internationally on various rehabilitation topics. Although he has a general rehabilitation practice, Dr. Rolnick has special interest in the subspecialties of spinal cord and head injury. |

| Martha has been with HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital Miami for nearly 15 years. She graduated from the Rosario University in Colombia, South America, with a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy and came to United States in 1993. Martha started at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital Miami as a physical therapist in 1994 and was promoted to senior PT, then team leader for physical therapy and outpatient. She was promoted to her current position in 1999. |
